Fiery chili sauce

¾cupRed bell pepper -- roasted,
Chopped
3cupsOnion -- chopped
1cupCider vinegar -- 5%
1canTomato paste
3Cloves garlic -- chop with
Seeds
1tablespoonCanning salt
1teaspoonBlack pepper -- freshly
Ground

Directions

Cook ingredients in large pot over medium heat for 1 to 1½ hours, stir occasionally. When thick enough for you [it will thicken as it cools] put in pint jars. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
