1 pounds | Ground round |
2 smalls | Chopped onions |
1 can | Tomato juice -- (48 oz.) |
1 cup | Water |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1½ teaspoon | Basil |
¼ teaspoon | Dill weed |
¼ teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
1½ teaspoon | Marjorum |
¼ teaspoon | Oregano |
2 \N | Bay leaves |
\N \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
1 pack | Frozen peas -- (10 oz.) |
4 ounces | Dry noodles |
\N \N | Note: increase to 6 or 8 oz |
Saute beef with onions. Add tomato juice and water. Stir well.
Simmer = few mins. Add cream of mushroom soup and seasonings. Bring to boil. = Add peas and noodles. Simmer 30 mins.
