Bob's vegetable beef soup

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground chuck
1 \N Yellow onion medium diced
4 cups Water
1 can Carrots with juice
1 can Peas with juice
1 can Tomato wedges with juice
1 \N Bag frozen mixed vegetables; (western style/country style)
3 \N Potatoes; up to 5, sliced
2 \N Bay leaves

Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is browned, add other ingredients bring to boil for 30 minutes. Turn down and cook on low for 1½ hours. Simmer for 30 minutes.
