1 can | Carrots with juice |
1 can | Peas with juice |
1 can | Tomato wedges with juice |
1 \N | Bag frozen mixed vegetables; (western style/country style) |
3 \N | Potatoes; up to 5, sliced |
2 \N | Bay leaves |
Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper to taste. After the meat is browned, add other ingredients bring to boil for 30 minutes. Turn down and cook on low for 1½ hours. Simmer for 30 minutes.
