Big john's marinade

Ingredients

| 2¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Crushed garlic |
| ¾ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh ground black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried parsley flakes |
| ⅓ | cup | Lemon juice |
Directions
Prepare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of use and always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight. Baste during the grilling/smoking process. Mop it on before serving.
