Beth's fresh sorrel salad dressing

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
1 large Bunch sorrel leaves (12-15) stems removed
5 \N Sprigs fresh basil leaves
½ cup Fresh parsley leaves
½ cup Olive oil
1 \N Garlic clove
2 \N Oranges, fresh juice of
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and whirl together until liquified in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad.
