Beth's fresh sorrel salad dressing

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1largeBunch sorrel leaves (12-15) stems removed
5Sprigs fresh basil leaves
½cupFresh parsley leaves
½cupOlive oil
1Garlic clove
2Oranges, fresh juice of
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and whirl together until liquified in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad.
