Fresh sorrel mayonnaise

½cupLow fat mayonnaise
½poundsFresh sorrel; stems removed
1tablespoonSoy sauce
1Garlic clove; finely chopped
1dashCayenne

Directions

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together well.

Yield: 1½ cups.
