Beef brisket in teriyaki sauce

5 | pounds | Beef brisket |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic salt |
½ | tablespoon | Salt |
Pepper to taste | ||
1 | pack | Lipton onion soup mix |
½ | cup | Teriyaki sauce |
1½ | cup | Water |
Cut most of fat off the brisket. Put brisket on rack in deep baking pan.
Sprinkle all sides of brisket with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Sprinkle soup mix on top. Pour teriyaki sauce on top. Half of soup mixture will fall off to make gravy. Pour 1½ cups water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
