Teriyaki beef with peppers

450gramsRump steak; sliced in thin
; strips (15oz)
4tablespoonsGroundnut oil
1Onion; chopped
1smallRed pepper; sliced
1smallGreen pepper; sliced
1Clove garlic; crushed
1tablespoonFresh ginger; chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Put the beef into a mixing bowl with the teriyaki sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the onion, peppers, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked.

Season and serve immediately.
