Teriyaki beef with peppers

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
450 grams Rump steak; sliced in thin
\N \N ; strips (15oz)
4 tablespoons Groundnut oil
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 small Red pepper; sliced
1 small Green pepper; sliced
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger; chopped
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Put the beef into a mixing bowl with the teriyaki sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the onion, peppers, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes until the meat is cooked.

Season and serve immediately.
