Barbecue sauce with honey

1canTomatoes, crushed, 28 oz
1canTomato Paste, 6 oz
½cupRed Wine Vinegar
¼cupWorcestershire Sauce
1tablespoonChili Powder
1tablespoonCoriander, ground
3tablespoonsLemon Juice
¼teaspoonRed Pepper Flakes
1tablespoonTabasco Sauce
2tablespoonsOregano fresh or 1 tb dried
2teaspoonsCumin, ground
2Bay Leaves
4Thyme sprig fresh or 1 ts dry
1teaspoonBlack Pepper, freshly ground
4tablespoonsHoney
1Salt

Directions

Servings: 8

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions. Cook, stirring until wilted. Add the garlic, cook briefly and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often, about 30 minutes. Let the sauce cool and use for basting. Refrigerates well.
