Yield: 3 cups
|2||8 oz cream cheese; softened|
|8½ ounce||Crushed pineapple; drained|
|¼ cup||Green pepper; finely chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Onion; chopped|
|2 cups||Pecans; chopped|
In medium bowl combine the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
