|1 large||(or 2 small) ripe bananas cut into chunks|
|1 cup||Plain nonfat yogurt|
|¼ cup||Light brown sugar|
|2 tablespoons||Orange juice|
|1 tablespoon||Raspberry or cider vinegar|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|1 tablespoon||Poppy seeds|
From: Felicia Pickering <MNHAN063@...> Date: Sat, 13 Jul 1996 16:22:55 EDT Place all ingredients except poppy seeds in container of an electric blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour dressing into sealable container or jar, add poppy seeds, and refrigerate until ready to use. Yield: Approximately 1½ cups.
