Banana nut bread 2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Mashed bananas (about 2 large)
⅔ cup Sugar
¼ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 Eggs
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2⅔ cup Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix
½ cup Chopped onion

Here's what's in my Bisquick Best Recipes booklet..

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.

Mix bananas, sugar, milk, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in baking mix and nuts. Pout into pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tooghpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; loosen loaf from sides of pan. Remove from pan; cool completely before slicing. 24 slices.
