Banana split bread 2

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Banana bread mix
8 ounces Crushed pineapple -- drained reserve
2 \N Eggs
3 tablespoons Oil
½ cup Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Miniature chocolate chips --
⅓ cup Maraschino cherries -- chopped
⅓ cup Miniature chocolate chips
⅓ cup Pecans -- chopped melted
1 tablespoon Milk

GLAZE

Heat oven to 375. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan. Add water to reserved pineapple liquid to make ¾ cup. In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients. Stir 50 to 75 strokes by hand until mix is moistened. Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 for 55 to 65 minutes. Cool loaf in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients until well blended. Drizzle over cooled loaf.
