Low-fat crab casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg -- well beaten Salt | |
| ½ | cup | Kraft Non-fat mayo |
| 2 | tablespoons | Skim Evaporated milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried dillweed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Tabasco |
| 2 | tablespoons | Calorie-reduced margarine |
| ⅓ | cup | Grated parmesan |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
