Arizona pecan and date pie

¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1 | tablespoon | All purpose flour |
1 | cup | Dark corn syrup |
12 | eaches | Dates, pitted and cut into pieces |
¾ | cup | Chopped pecans |
Pastry for 1 crust, 9 inch pie, unbaked |
Directions
Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in salt and vanilla. Add flour and blend well. Add corn syrup. Fold in dates and pecans. Pour into pastry lined 9 inch pie pan.
