Apple muffins #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ cup Sugar
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 \N Egg; beaten
1 cup Milk
⅓ cup Oil (up to)
1 cup Peeled; chopped apples

Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry mixture; stir just to moisten. Add apples and mix. Fill greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Do not use cupcake papers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with honey. Add more sugar if not served with honey. Makes 12.
