Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk powder
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Sugar
375 ccs Water; 90 deg. C

Recipe By: Bread Group on Internet. Put all ingredients into bread machine and start.

NOTES: The bread will have a flat or slightly concave top and a wonderful texture. If you are around during the final rising, sprinkle yellow cornmeal on top for a nice touch.
