|3 tablespoons||Nonfat dry milk powder|
|¼ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|375 ccs||Water; 90 deg. C|

NOTES: The bread will have a flat or slightly concave top and a wonderful texture. If you are around during the final rising, sprinkle yellow cornmeal on top for a nice touch.
