1 cup Nonfat or low-fat Ricotta cheese
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons Curry powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in blender/processor. Process 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth/creamy. Store covered in refrig. Serve with apple slices, grapes or oranges. Makes 1 cup. Per tablespoon: calories 29, protein 1 .8g, carbos 2⅘, fat 1 .3g, chol 5mg, sodium 20mg
