Curried chicken dip

Ingredients

1can(5-oz) boned chicken
1can(3-oz) chopped mushrooms; drained
1cartonSour cream
3teaspoonsCurry powder
½cupFinely chopped cashew nuts

Directions

Combine in blender all ingredients except nuts. Switching blender off and on, blend mixture until smooth. At serving time, stir in nuts. Serve with crisp relishes, assorted crackers or chips.
