Yield: 8 Servings
|1 can||(5-oz) boned chicken|
|1 can||(3-oz) chopped mushrooms; drained|
|1 carton||Sour cream|
|3 teaspoons||Curry powder|
|½ cup||Finely chopped cashew nuts|
Combine in blender all ingredients except nuts. Switching blender off and on, blend mixture until smooth. At serving time, stir in nuts. Serve with crisp relishes, assorted crackers or chips.
