Curried chicken dip

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (5-oz) boned chicken
1 can (3-oz) chopped mushrooms; drained
1 carton Sour cream
3 teaspoons Curry powder
½ cup Finely chopped cashew nuts

Combine in blender all ingredients except nuts. Switching blender off and on, blend mixture until smooth. At serving time, stir in nuts. Serve with crisp relishes, assorted crackers or chips.
