Angel hair pasta withfresh tomato & basil sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
7 mediums Tomatoes, skinned & coarsely chopped
8 ounces Angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons Olive oil
⅓ cup Basil, chopped
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
2 eaches Scallions, minced
⅓ cup Green olives, sliced
\N \N Salt & pepper

Cook & drain the pasta. In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes & remaining ingredients. Toss & serve immediately.

NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
