Allergy cottage cheese pancakes

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cottage cheese
2 \N Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Potato flour
¼ cup Rice flour
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Melted butter

Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, flours, baking powder, and butter. Fry on a hot, oiled griddle. Serve with apple sauce.
