Yield: 6 Servings
|½ cup||Butter or butter substitute|
|2 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|½ cup||Cottage cheese|
Cream butter and cheese until thoroughly blended. Sift flour, measure, and sift with sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add gradually to first mixture. Form into a loaf. Chill overnight. Slice thin.
