Lemon sauce for shark

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Pineapple, crushed, drained
2 tablespoons Lemon, peeled & diced
2 tablespoons Green pepper, finely chop
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Sugar, light brown
1½ teaspoon Lemon rind, grated
¼ teaspoon Mustard, dry
¼ teaspoon Celery salt
⅛ teaspoon Cloves, ground

Combine all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Makes 1 cup relish. Great with Buttermilk Fried Shark.
