Irish casserole

Yield: 4 - 6 folks

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Onion; chopped
⅓ cup Green onions; chopped
¼ cup Mushrooms; sliced;(4-oz can)
3 tablespoons Margarine;
6 To 8 weiners; (depending on size of family) cut into 1/2" slices
1 pack Green beans; frozen cut cooked
2 cups To 4 cup mashed potatoes; (you can use instant mashed if you wish)
½ cup Cheese; grated

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine about 5 minutes.

Add weiners, brown lightly. Remove from heat; add beans. Stir hot mashed potatoes into weiner-bean mixture, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Bake a 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
