Yield: 4 - 6 folks
|½ cup||Onion; chopped|
|⅓ cup||Green onions; chopped|
|¼ cup||Mushrooms; sliced;(4-oz can)|
|6||To 8 weiners; (depending on size of family) cut into 1/2" slices|
|1 pack||Green beans; frozen cut cooked|
|2 cups||To 4 cup mashed potatoes; (you can use instant mashed if you wish)|
|½ cup||Cheese; grated|
Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine about 5 minutes.
Add weiners, brown lightly. Remove from heat; add beans. Stir hot mashed potatoes into weiner-bean mixture, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Bake a 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
