40largesMushrooms, stems removed
300gramsFrozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2eachesGreen onions, finely chopped
1eachRed pepper, finely chopped
1largeCarrot, grated
cupKRAFT three cheese Ranch dressing

Directions

Wash mushrooms, pat dry and set aside. Mix remaining ingredient together, stuff mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Mkes 40 pieces.
