Zesty mushroom caps

Measure Ingredient
40 larges Mushrooms, stems removed
300 grams Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 eaches Green onions, finely chopped
1 each Red pepper, finely chopped
1 large Carrot, grated
⅔ cup KRAFT three cheese Ranch dressing

Wash mushrooms, pat dry and set aside. Mix remaining ingredient together, stuff mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Mkes 40 pieces.
