Ingredients

40 | larges | Mushrooms, stems removed |
300 | grams | Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
2 | eaches | Green onions, finely chopped |
1 | each | Red pepper, finely chopped |
1 | large | Carrot, grated |
⅔ | cup | KRAFT three cheese Ranch dressing |
Directions
Wash mushrooms, pat dry and set aside. Mix remaining ingredient together, stuff mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Mkes 40 pieces.
