Mushrooms moravec

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ cup Margarine
1 pounds Mushrooms -- halved or
\N \N Whole
¼ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Parsley
⅛ teaspoon Accent(r) Seasoning Mix
¼ teaspoon Chives

Wash mushrooms. Leave whole or slice in half.

Melt butter or margarine in pan; add mushrooms and seasonings.

Cover pan and cook over low heat until mushrooms are cooked (about 10 minutes).

Uncover pan and cook until butter is clarified, and excess liquid is cooked out. Let the mushrooms brown slightly.
