Yield: 4 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Sweet butter or margarine|
|2 cups||Finely chopped mushrooms|
|⅓ cup||Chopped onion|
|1 teaspoon||Dried dill or 1 tbsp. snipped fresh dill|
|½ cup||Plain lowfat yogurt|
In frying pan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add dill and mix thoroughly. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mushroom mixture on each cracker. Top with a dab of yogurt and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
