Mushroom treats

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Sweet butter or margarine
2 cups Finely chopped mushrooms
⅓ cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dried dill or 1 tbsp. snipped fresh dill
½ cup Plain lowfat yogurt
48 Ritz crackers

In frying pan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add dill and mix thoroughly. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mushroom mixture on each cracker. Top with a dab of yogurt and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
