Mushroom treats

2 | tablespoons | Sweet butter or margarine |
2 | cups | Finely chopped mushrooms |
⅓ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | teaspoon | Dried dill or 1 tbsp. snipped fresh dill |
½ | cup | Plain lowfat yogurt |
48 | Ritz crackers |
In frying pan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add mushrooms and onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add dill and mix thoroughly. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mushroom mixture on each cracker. Top with a dab of yogurt and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
