12eachesMedium mushroom caps, brushe

Directions

In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish [may be prepared ahead], and bake at 350ø F for 15 minutes. (Champi¤ones Rellenos De Jamon). From "Tapas: The Little Dishes of Spain" by Penelope Casas.
