Zesty grilled potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Potatoes; unpared
½ cup Italian dressing
\N \N Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

~Scrub Potatoes till clean.

~In boiling water, cook potatoes in skins till just tender.

~While still hot carefully slice diagonally into ½" slices. Place in shallow glass dish and pour dressing over hot slices. Turn to coat thouroughly & let stand 1 hour. ~Remove from dressing and place on grill 3" from hot coals. Grill 8-10 minutes on each side till golden brown.

~Season after turning.
