Zesty mashed potatoes

Ingredients

5largesPotatoes, baked or boiled
3tablespoonsGhee
1teaspoonSalt
1dashBlack pepper
2Minced green chilies
3tablespoonsWater or soy milk
1Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

Mash the potatoes sans their skins. Add all the ingredients. Use warmed water or soy milk. Whisk till creamy with a fork. Serve immediately or keep warm in a double broiler.
