Zesty frankfurters

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Cooking sherry (or any other dry white wine)
2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Separate franfurter links and prick each several times with fork.

Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over frankfurters, marinating them in the fridge overnight (covered!).

Now they are ready for processing: boiling in plain water, grilling or just plain heating in the microwave oven.
