Frankfurters with a flair

Ingredients

¼poundsSharp cheddar cheese
teaspoonPowdered or bottled horseradish
½teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonSteak sauce
¼teaspoonOnion powder
28 ounce cans tomato sauce
¼teaspoonBrown sugar
1teaspoonChili powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make a slit lengthwise in each frankfurter. Combine next 6 ingredients; stuff franks. Place franks in shallow baking pan; mix tomato sauce, brown sugar and chili powder. Pour over franks. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve on a split bun or as an entree with rice, pasta or noodles.
