Mexican frankfurters

| 10 | ounces | Frozen kernel corn; thawed |
| 1 | Tomato; seeded, chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Bottled salsa |
Directions
Slice 4 hot dogs crosswise into wheels. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in nonstick skillet. Add dogs, 1 teaspoon ground cumin; cook 3 minutes. Add 10-ounce box frozen kernel corn, thawed, and 1 tomato, seeded, chopped; cook 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup bottled salsa; heat through. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 4 servings at 91 cents each.
