Yield: 7 Servings
|8 ounces||Sauerkraut; drained|
|¼ teaspoon||Caraway seeds|
|2 cups||Potatoes; mashed, divided|
|½ cup||Cheddar cheese; shredded|
Split 7 hot dogs lengthwise; dont cut all the way through. Top with 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained, seasoned with ¾ teaspoon caraway seeds.
Top with total 2 cups mashed potatoes divided equally; sprinkle each equally with total of ½ cup shredded Cheddar. Bake in baking pan in 375-F oven 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings at 88 cents each.
