Stuffed frankfurters

Yield: 7 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 Hot dogs
8 ounces Sauerkraut; drained
¼ teaspoon Caraway seeds
2 cups Potatoes; mashed, divided
½ cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

Split 7 hot dogs lengthwise; don’t cut all the way through. Top with 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained, seasoned with ¾ teaspoon caraway seeds.

Top with total 2 cups mashed potatoes divided equally; sprinkle each equally with total of ½ cup shredded Cheddar. Bake in baking pan in 375-F oven 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings at 88 cents each.
