Yogurt shakes

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain yogurt
cup Orange juice
1 Banana
1 cup Fruit*
4 Ice cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 2.

*Use 1 or more fresh or frozen fruits - my favorites are peach, blueberry, strawberry, mango-peach, nectarine-raspberry, mixed berries, etc.
