Banana yogurt shake

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup 2% lowfat milk
2 \N Ripe bananas; peeled
1 cup Plain yogurt
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg
5 \N Ice cubes

Preparation :15 Cook :00 Stand :00 Total :15 Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend until thick and creamy. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth.

Note: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt and vanilla.
