Sweet & sour brisket

Ingredients

| 2 | larges | Onions, sliced |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, minced |
| ¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides, add onion and garlic and brown. All other ingredients are now added simmered (covered) until meat is tender, about 2½ to 3 hours. Randy Rigg
