Mop sauce for brisket

¼ cup Water -- boiling
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
½ cup Worchestershire sauce
6 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Oregano -- leaf (crushed)
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 tablespoons Butter

ADD COFFEE TO BOILING WATER AND THEN ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS ONE AT A TIME. COOK ON LOW HEAT ½ HOUR. POUR OVER SLICED BRISKET.
