¼ cup | Sliced celery |
2 tablespoons | Finely chopped pimentos |
2 tablespoons | Capers |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped scallions |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped parsley |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
3 drops | Tabasco sauce |
½ \N | Lemon, juice of |
\N \N | Lettuce leaves |
Toss turkey, celery, pimento, capers, scallion and parsley together.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and Tabasco; stir lightly into turkey mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss lightly. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves in slald bowl and place turkey salad in center.
