Wilted iceberg and peas

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Margarine
8 cups Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
½ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Fresh green peas

Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.

Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup). Per serving: 100 Calories; 3g Fat (29% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 180mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
