Wilted lettuce and peas

8cupsIceberg lettuce thinly sliced
½teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonPepper
2cupsGreen peas fresh or frozen

Directions

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce and cook for 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.

Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients; cook for 2 minutes and serve.
