Yield: 4 servings
|8 cups||Iceberg lettuce thinly sliced|
|2 cups||Green peas fresh or frozen|
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce and cook for 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.
Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients; cook for 2 minutes and serve.
