Wilted lettuce and peas

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter
8 cups Iceberg lettuce thinly sliced
½ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Green peas fresh or frozen

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add lettuce and cook for 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.

Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients; cook for 2 minutes and serve.
