White chocolate toasted almond fudge

Ingredients

pack(12 oz) vanilla milk chips (3 cups)
2cupsMini marshmallows or 16 large ones cut in half
1cupSweetened condensed milk
½teaspoonAlmond extract
1cupToasted almonds (whole)
½cupDried cherries or chopped dried apricots

Directions

Grease 9x9x2 inch pan. Heat chips, marshmallows and condensed milk over medium heat until melted and stirred smooth. Stir in extract, almonds, and fruit. Immediately pour into pan. Cover and refridgerate 4 hours or until firm.
