Whipped cream 24 hour fruit salad

Ingredients

2Eggs
½cupSugar
3tablespoonsLemon Juice (1 1/2 lemons)
2cans(Large) Fruit Cocktail
1Bottle Marachino Cherries (I cut cherries in half)
½poundsSmall Marshmallows (I use more)
1canCrushed Pineapple
2Oranges, sectioned and cut up
1pintHeavy Cream

Directions

DRAIN ALL FRUIT

Cook beaten eggs, sugar and lemon juice in double boiler until thick and smooth. Set aside to cool. Add mixture to drained fruit and marshmallows.

Let mixture stand in refrig. for 24 hours. Beat cream and fold into fruit mixture an hour or so before serving.
