Fruit salad sorbet

Ingredients

| 225 | grams | Fresh/canned pineapple; peeled, core |

| 1 | Mango; peeled, de-stoned | |

| 1 | Paw paw; peeled, deseeded | |

| 2 | Lemons; juice | |
| 175 | grams | Icing sugar; (6oz) |
Directions
Place prepared fruit into a liquidizer or food processor and process with the lemon juice.
Add icing sugar and process for 1 minute.
Pour into an ice cream maker or freezer tray with lid. Freeze until slushy approximately 2-3 hours.
Return the mixture to the processor and process until smooth, this breaks down the ice particles.
Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
