Creamy fruit salad #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
¾ cup Hot fruit cocktail syrup
1 cup Cottage cheese
1⅓ cup Drained; canned fruit cocktail
½ cup Chopped nuts
½ cup Chopped; unpeeled apples
¼ cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup Undiluted evaporated milk

Dissolve gelatin in hot fruit cocktail syrup. Cool slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
