Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin |
| ¾ | cup | Hot fruit cocktail syrup |
| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese |
| 1⅓ | cup | Drained; canned fruit cocktail |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| ½ | cup | Chopped; unpeeled apples |
| ¼ | cup | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Undiluted evaporated milk |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot fruit cocktail syrup. Cool slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
