Ingredients

1pack(3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
¾cupHot fruit cocktail syrup
1cupCottage cheese
1⅓cupDrained; canned fruit cocktail
½cupChopped nuts
½cupChopped; unpeeled apples
¼cupFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1cupUndiluted evaporated milk

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot fruit cocktail syrup. Cool slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
