Walnut-cheese balls

Ingredients

1pack(3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsSherry
2tablespoonsButter or margarine
1Jar (6-oz) sharp cheddar cheese spread
½teaspoonHorseradish; well drained
¾cupFinely chopped walnuts

Directions

In small mixing bowl, soften cream cheese & blend in sherry. Add butter, cheese spread & horseradish. Mix well. Cover & chill thoroughly about 4 hours. Shape into 1-inch balls & roll in walnuts. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes about 30 balls.
