Yield: 1 Servings
|1¼ cup||All-purpose flour|
|½ cup||Packed brown sugar|
|⅛ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ cup||Flaked coconut|
Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan. Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and sugar. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles fine meal. Press into greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are just golden. Meanwhile, combine eggs, brown sugar and vanilla; beat well. Stir in baking soda, walnuts and coconut. Spoon over hot crust; spread evenly.
Return to oven, bake an additional 20-25 minutes, or until top is set. Cool completely, cut into bars. TNT by Germaine Perry originally from Dallas Morning News.
