1cupRaw or cooked salmon; (diced)
2cupsTomatoes; (diced)
½cupGreen onions; (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients gently. Let sit in refrigerator (covered) with about four ice cubes on top. The ice cubes will allow it to form its own juice.

Do not add water. Serves 6.
