Lomi lomi salad

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Raw or cooked salmon; (diced)
2 cups Tomatoes; (diced)
½ cup Green onions; (chopped)
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients gently. Let sit in refrigerator (covered) with about four ice cubes on top. The ice cubes will allow it to form its own juice.

Do not add water. Serves 6.
