Vinegar basting sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Red wine vinegar
2 cups Water
⅓ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dry spice rub (see recipe above)
½ teaspoon Hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
