Vinegar basting sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Red wine vinegar |
| 2 | cups | Water |
| ⅓ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry spice rub (see recipe above) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Hot sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
