My vinegar-pepper sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cider vinegar
4 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
2½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Salt

To my mind the important part is the balance between the pork, the slaw and the sauce. Therein lies BBQ heaven.
